Too much… or so much?

This is just too much!

Sometimes that’s been my thought because I over-committed or over-scheduled. But other times it’s life events that we didn’t plan to happen in an overlapping way—they just do.

My husband Terrell and I are moving to Houston, Texas this month. We’re excited for the new adventure to which God has called us.

Recent days have been full with details, decisions, good-byes.

Our drive westward begins Sunday, and we move in to our new home December 23.  Yes, you read that right.

Eighteen days later is our son’s wedding. Yes, you read that right, too.

I exhale a lot and loudly these days . . . pushing out my stress.

It’s so much—but not too much.

So much to be grateful to God for. In fact, it’s more than I can name.

Unpack your ‘so much,’ and you will discover blessing.

Opportunity will greet you.  Yes, sometimes in the unpack, we discover what’s not seen—the ways that we can lean on God and learn more deeply how He wants to be our power, strength, wisdom, Grace…our all in all.

Dear God,
Help me see You in the so much. Grow my heart more aware of what You’re giving and doing for and in me. May my talks with you grow longer and deeper. Amen.
